New patient information
We welcome new patients at Novant Health Meadowlark Pediatrics! We look forward to seeing you and your child in our office! We are conveniently located near both Meadowlark Elementary School and Meadowlark Middle School. Click here for a map to our office.
You'll be greeted by our friendly staff and our fun waiting area before you're taken to one of our inviting exam rooms. Your child's doctor will take the time to address any issues and answer your questions. Don't be afraid you're asking too many!
We care for your child just as we do our own, with compassion, concern and a kind-hearted smile. Whether you need a routine checkup, a school or sports physical, or care for an illness, we are here for you. In order to make your first visit as hassle-free as possible, we ask that you:
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your child's scheduled appointment.
- Bring the card of the insurance plan that covers your child.
- Bring a list of medications your child is currently taking, including frequency and dosage.
